No. Prices are shown excluding GST, the way Indian software is usually quoted, and 18% GST is added at checkout. Hospitals and clinics usually cannot claim that GST back, so the checkout and the invoice show the full amount you pay before you pay it.
Existing customers pay by UPI, card or netbanking inside the product. New hospitals are onboarded by the team first, so the plan fits before any payment.
Every hospital plan includes every AI feature, the scribe, prescription review, the Medi assistant, the business brief and discharge drafts, under a monthly AI budget the administrator can see. Clinics add AI per doctor at 1,499 a month, and hospitals buy the same seat for heavy users. There is no per-consultation charge.
Add seats, beds or branches with add-ons, or move up a tier at any time. Your data, settings and history come with you.
Pilots get a full-product evaluation with generous limits during onboarding. Ask for it on the demo call.
