Curanto started with a simple observation: most Indian hospitals run on a billing clerk's spreadsheet, a Tally licence and a desktop program from another decade, because the systems built for corporate chains were never priced or designed for them. We set out to build one that was, from scratch, as one system.

How we work
Four principles we do not trade away.

Build the whole hospital
Not a billing tool with add-ons. One record, one bill, one audit trail, from the emergency desk to CSSD. Breadth is the point, because integration projects are where hospital software goes to die.

Design for the real India
Power cuts, patchy 4G, a desk that serves 200 people before noon, inspections that ask for registers on paper. The software has to work there, not in a demo room.

Trust is architecture
Row-level security, hash-chained audit, server-authoritative money and no PHI in telemetry are not settings. They are how the system is built, and they cannot be switched off.

Price for the majority
Seventy-seven percent of Indian private hospitals have fifty beds or fewer. They deserve the software the chains have, at a price that fits a nursing home.
