Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

Curanto, sold by Ralyxion Labs Private Limited, is hospital and clinic software delivered online as a service. There are no physical goods: nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no shipping or delivery charges. We sell to hospitals, clinics and laboratories in India, and prices are in Indian rupees.

How you receive it

• The software runs in a web browser at app.curanto.in. There is nothing to install to start using it.
• For a new hospital or clinic, the Curanto team creates the organisation's account during onboarding and sends the administrator their sign-in details. The administrator then adds the rest of the staff, who sign in with their own email and password or phone number.
• A plan or add-on bought inside the product applies to the organisation's account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the GST tax invoice is ready to download on the Plan & licence page.
• A plan bought under a signed order may come as a licence key, which an administrator enters on the Plan & licence page to apply it.

Timelines

• Online payments: the plan or add-on is usually active within a minute of a successful payment.
• New organisations: the account is ready within 2 working days of the order being confirmed, or on the start date agreed in your onboarding plan.
• Licence keys are sent by email within 2 working days of the order being confirmed.

If access does not arrive

If a paid plan or add-on is not active on your account within 24 hours, or you have not received sign-in details by the date we agreed, write to hello@curanto.in with the organisation's name and the invoice or order details. We will deliver it or, if we cannot, refund the payment in full under our refund and cancellation policy.
