The product

Use of the Curanto hospital management system is governed by a subscription agreement between Curanto and the subscribing hospital, clinic or organisation. That agreement, including its order form, service levels, data processing terms and acceptable-use rules, takes precedence over this page. Where no separate agreement has been signed, the terms below apply.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in Indian rupees, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, plus GST at the applicable rate.
  • Monthly billing costs 20% more than yearly billing. Yearly plans are non-refundable after 30 days from activation, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Enterprise plans are priced per hospital under a written quote.
  • How to cancel, which payments are refundable and how refunds are paid are set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
  • Nothing renews automatically. If a subscription lapses, every module keeps working for 7 days; after that the organisation has only the features of the Clinic Solo plan until it renews. Nothing is deleted when a plan lapses. Your data remains exportable for 90 days after termination, after which it is deleted.

Refer & earn programme

  • Every subscribing organisation has a referral code. An organisation that joins Curanto with it gets 10% off its first plan payment, up to ₹5,000. The welcome discount does not combine with a coupon; the larger of the two applies.
  • The referring organisation earns Curanto credit of 20% of each payment the new organisation makes in its first 12 months (25% once 3 organisations it referred are paying, 30% once 10 are), up to ₹25,000 per referral.
  • A reward becomes usable 30 days after the payment it comes from and is applied automatically to the referring organisation's next Curanto payment.
  • Credit is not cash. It can only be used against the referring organisation's own Curanto subscription (plans, add-ons and upgrades). It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred, and unused credit is forfeited if the account is closed.
  • A code must be applied within 60 days of the new organisation joining Curanto and before its first payment. An organisation cannot refer itself: a referral between organisations with the same GSTIN or PAN is refused.
  • Curanto may review referrals before their rewards unlock, and may withhold or reverse rewards for referrals that look like self-referrals or otherwise break these terms, and for payments that are refunded or disputed.
  • Curanto may pause the programme or change these terms for future payments. Changes do not affect rewards already earned.

Your responsibilities

  • You are the data fiduciary for patient and staff data you enter. You are responsible for obtaining consents, assigning roles and keeping credentials confidential.
  • Clinical decisions remain those of qualified professionals. Curanto, including the Medi assistant, supports documentation and operations; it does not diagnose or prescribe.
  • You will not use the service to store data you are not lawfully permitted to hold, or to circumvent the security and isolation controls described on our security page.

Our responsibilities

  • We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, keep the database in India, maintain the controls described on the security page, and notify you of security incidents affecting your data without undue delay.
  • We may change features and this page. We give subscribing organisations reasonable notice of changes that reduce functionality they rely on.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed agreement. Questions about these terms go to hello@curanto.in.
